Description & motivation
We have a GitHub Action workflow which produces Pull Requests to keep our Docker images up to date.
We now reference Docker images in other GitHub Action Workflows. This workflow now needs permissions to be able to keep those images up to date.
This PR bestows the relevant permission to this GitHub Action workflow.We cannot grant the
GITHUB_TOKENgenerated by the GitHub Actions app theworkflows:writepermission. So instead we'll manually bump the image.Changes:
